FGEHA signs MoU with Future Development Holdings for about 2,000 kanals within Capital Smart City limits

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Future Development Holdings (Private) Limited (FDHL) for a housing scheme, according to an FGEHA statement carried by the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) on 21 October 2026 and by The Nation on 22 October. The Nation’s text matches APP’s and is tagged APP. This article reports that statement and makes no statement of its own on approvals.
