About RealGain.pk

RealGain.pk is an independent site for Pakistan real estate news, data and tools. It launched in October 2026. We cover regulations, taxes, project launches, home finance and market trends, and we link to the source of every claim.

Who it is for

Buyers, sellers, investors and developers who want to know what an authority, a regulator or a housing society has said, and what it has not said. Our stories say plainly what we could not confirm.

What we publish

News reports, plain-language explainers and guides, in English. Stories are written by the RealGain Desk. We also keep a data page of key indicators with their sources and dates, a glossary, and tools such as an area converter, a mortgage calculator, a payment plan calculator, a scheme list checker and an auctions, tenders and notices tracker.

How we choose and source stories

We start with official notices and authorities: gazette notifications, ministry and regulator statements, court orders, central bank data, official statistics and notices from development authorities. Every story lists its sources at the end.

When a housing society or developer announces something, we attribute it to the society and treat it as a claim, not as proof of approval. News outlets are leads. We report an official announcement that we cannot open at its source only when two named outlets report it independently, and we say that we could not open the original.

How we write

We write in our own words and credit the source. AI tools may assist with research and drafting. A human editor checks facts, figures and sources before publication. Our editorial policy sets out these standards.

Corrections

If we get something wrong, we fix it and add a dated note. To report an error, see our corrections page.

Who runs the site

RealGain.pk is published by Mirza Sheharyar Beg Moghal in Lahore, Pakistan. The publisher has worked in marketing for Pakistani property businesses. Any content involving a developer or agency the publisher works with is labelled and kept apart from our news.

How the site is funded
