Gulberg Greens

The official pages we check and what to verify before buying.

We found no official website for Gulberg Greens that we could rely on, so this page uses CDA’s own record of the scheme.

This page does not state whether Gulberg Greens or any of its schemes is approved. Approval, layout plan and NOC status come from the authority’s own pages. Use the links below and note the date you checked.

What CDA’s lists contain

Names read on CDA’s lists on 14 October 2026. A name appearing on a list says nothing about status. CDA’s page shows the layout plan (LOP) and NOC status of each entry. Similar names exist, so check the exact scheme, phase and block.

Private housing schemes list: Gulberg Greens Farm Housing Scheme; Gulberg Residencia (IBECHS Ph-III) Housing Scheme. Open CDA’s list.

Illegal private housing schemes list (a different scheme with a similar name): Gulberg Town (1&2), Lehtrar Road. Open CDA’s list.

CDA’s page for the Gulberg Greens Farm Housing Scheme shows: Zone 4; area 3,862 kanal; owner M/s IBECHS; layout plan (LOP) approved on 13 July 2018 (an earlier LOP is dated 26 August 2011); No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued, initially on 28 May 2012 and revised on 26 June 2020. What to check before buying

  1. Find the exact scheme, phase and block on the authority’s list for the city where the plot is. CDA (Islamabad): private housing schemes and illegal schemes. LDA (Lahore): approved and illegal schemes. RDA (Rawalpindi), KDA and SBCA (Karachi) publish their own pages. Some load by script or are undated, so look carefully.
  2. Read the status, not just the name. CDA says it approves private schemes in two steps: a layout plan (LOP) first, then a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for development. Its list shows entries marked, for example, “Cancelled”, “Not Issued” or “Provisional Approval” (Islamabad only, as read on 14 October 2026).
  3. An allotment letter is not proof of approval. CDA states that in private housing schemes allotments and plot transfers are made by the sponsors, without any check or involvement of CDA (Islamabad, as read on 14 October 2026).
  4. Ask in writing. Ask the society and the authority to confirm the layout-plan and NOC or approval status of your specific scheme and plot, and keep the reply.
  5. Check ownership documents. For Lahore housing schemes, an LDA notice says that from 1 July 2026 the Punjab Land Records Authority Property Certificate is the legal ownership document. See our report on the notice and ask whether it applies to your scheme.
  6. Check the marla size. Plot size in marla differs by society and region. Use our area converter, and confirm the size in your documents.
