DHA Lahore posts possession notices for 1,452 plots in Phases VII, VIII and IX in September

DHA Lahore says possession of plots is open in several sectors of Phases VII, VIII and IX (Prism), according to nine notices on its possession page with effective dates from 7 to 22 September 2026. We opened and read each notice on 15 October. The newest notice on the page is dated 22 Sep; checked 15 Oct. The plot counts below are DHA Lahore’s own. The phase totals and the overall total are sums we calculated from the notices.

The page lists the second notice under 8 September, but its text gives 7 September as the effective date.

By phase, the totals are 70 plots in Phase VII, 361 in Phase VIII and 1,021 in Phase IX Prism, or 1,452 in all.

The largest notice

The Sector N notice, effective 22 September 2026, lists 973 plots: 885 residential plots of one kanal, 35 of 10 marla and 3 of 5 marla, plus 42 commercial plots of 4 marla and 8 of 2 marla. The CCA-III notice covers 302 commercial plots (18 of 8 marla, 269 of 4 marla and 15 of 2 marla) and two one-kanal residential plots in Sector S. Its remarks column reads “Conditional Possession Opened” for the commercial plots and “Possession Opened” for Sector S.

What the notices do not say

They list plot numbers and counts only. They do not say what a member must have paid or submitted before taking possession, what the conditions on the conditional notices are, or whether services are in place. They do not state anything about approvals, and this article makes no statement on them. The page also carries older possession notices for the same phases, which we did not review.
