The Kuwait Mall shops, kiosks, food court and gym unit: prices, according to CDB Properties' project page

Sponsored content. What CDB Properties' project page, read on 15 October 2026, says about shops, kiosks, a food court and a gym unit at The Kuwait Mall, Lahore.

Prepared by RealGain from developer material ·

This page summarises CDB Properties’ project page for The Kuwait Mall, read on 15 October 2026. It is written in our own words and uses no images from that page. The page’s price tables are images, so we read the figures from screenshots taken that day.

What the developer says

Everything in this section is what CDB’s page says, except the bullets marked as information supplied to RealGain.

  • The page presents The Kuwait Mall as a project in Bahria Town, Lahore. Its shops are priced by floor, from the ground floor to the 3rd, with a higher rate for “Atrium View” units. The tables also cover a gold and cosmetics floor, a food court, kiosks and a gym unit.
  • CDB’s page gives different sizes in its text and its tables for the ground-floor shops, the gold floor and the gym. This page follows the tables.
  • It says units are offered on a “non-furnished basis”, that gross area is “subject to final measurement”, and calls the pricing “Under-construction pricing”.
  • For every category the page describes the same plan: a down payment (and, in most tables, an allotment amount) at booking, 25 monthly installments, 5 bi-annual installments and a final payment.
  • Beyond the units, the page lists a rooftop restaurant, a hotel, offices, a mosque and a children’s play area.
  • Information supplied to RealGain: the developer is United Actros Developers.
  • Information supplied to RealGain: the project is in Bahria Town, Lahore, with no sector or plot number. The only address on CDB’s page is CDB’s own office, not the project’s.
  • The same page also prices apartments. We cover them on a separate page.

Prices and payment structure (according to the developer)

The figures below are those in the tables on CDB’s page, read on 15 October 2026. Amounts are in rupees. Rate is the price per square foot the page gives. Installment is the amount of each of the 25 monthly installments, and bi-annual the amount of each of the 5 bi-annual payments. The page does not say how long the prices hold.

Information supplied to RealGain: CDB describes this as its latest payment plan and does not expect the prices to be revised soon.

What is not stated

  • Possession. No possession date. The page labels its pricing “Under-construction pricing” and says nothing else about timing.
  • Validity. How long the prices hold, and the date of the price tables.
  • Who is who. The developer’s registration. CDB’s page names the developer as “United Actros Developers”.
  • Location. The project’s sector, plot and address, and the number of units.
  • Approval. CDB’s page says the project is “100% LDA approved”. RealGain has not seen any approval document. The page gives no authority, reference number, date or scope, and no layout plan, building plan or NOC. We make no statement on approval.
  • Areas. Whether the shop areas are gross or net. The page says only that gross area is subject to final measurement.
  • Progress. No construction stage, start or completion date, contractor or dated site photographs.
  • Costs and terms. Taxes and other charges, and cancellation, refund, transfer and late-payment terms.

What to ask for in writing

  • Which LDA scheme entry covers the project, by name, and the approval letter: issuing authority, type (for example building plan and permission for commercial use), reference number, date, scope and conditions. You can then check it with the authority itself.
  • The developer’s registration, and the agreement under which CDB Properties sells.
  • The sector and plot, the land title documents, and the number of units.
  • The date and validity of the prices, and whether the shop areas are gross or net.
  • The possession date, and the due dates of the monthly installments and bi-annual payments.
  • Dated site photographs and a progress report, if you are told a unit is under construction.
  • All taxes and charges in rupees, and the cancellation, refund and transfer terms.

RealGain has not seen any of these. This page does not say any project is approved or a good or bad buy.
